Welcome to 8.8.8.8 – Rule Based VPN (“8.8.8.8,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an AI-powered photo and video generation tool that allows users to upload photos containing a person's face or body to generate new content in distinct styles. By accessing or using our app and website (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not understand or agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to use 8.8.8.8 – Rule Based VPN. Users under the age of 14 may only use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who has read and agreed to these Terms on their behalf.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at our sole discretion. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication, and we will update this page accordingly.

1. User Account

Account Creation. To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account (“Account”) and provide accurate, current information. By registering, you agree to keep this information updated. You may delete your Account at any time by following the instructions in the app. If you sign up using a third-party account, you authorize us to access information from that account as permitted by its terms.

Account Responsibilities. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your Account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. We are not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your Account.

2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Paid Services. Certain features of the Service may require payment through one-time in-app purchases (“Paid Services”). Once provided, these Paid Services are non-repeatable and considered fulfilled upon delivery.

Subscriptions. You may also subscribe to our services on a weekly or annual basis (“Subscription”). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the end of the current billing period. To cancel, follow the instructions provided by your platform (Apple App Store or Google Play). Refund requests must be handled through the respective platform.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any Paid Service or Subscription at any time.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use 8.8.8.8 – Rule Based VPN to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.

• Generate content that is hateful, violent, sexually explicit, pornographic, or discriminatory.

• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others.

• Sell, license, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, or publicly display our intellectual property without authorization.

• Reverse engineer, hack, or modify the Service or its components.

• Harass, intimidate, or threaten others.

• Upload viruses or malicious code.

• Disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

• Collect or store personal information of others without consent.

Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your Account without notice. We may also take legal action as appropriate.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service remain the exclusive property of 8.8.8.8 – Rule Based VPN and its licensors.

User Content. You retain ownership of any content you create (“User Content”). However, by uploading or sharing content via the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, display, distribute, and create derivative works of your content—including for the purpose of improving or training our AI systems.

We reserve the right to remove User Content at our discretion and assume no responsibility for content posted by you or other users. You are solely responsible for your content and its consequences.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free. You acknowledge that any content or data you access or download is at your own discretion and risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

We are not responsible for any third-party services, content, or products accessed through our platform.

7. Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violations of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease, and we may delete your User Content from our databases. We are not liable for such termination or content deletion.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Miscellaneous

Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation discrepancies, the English version shall prevail.

Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and 8.8.8.8 – Rule Based VPN, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.

Severability. If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, it will be modified to the extent possible to be valid, and the remaining terms will remain in effect.

Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms will be resolved through arbitration under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) Rules. The arbitration will take place in Singapore, in English, and be conducted by a single arbitrator. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.
